I have such fun hunting down all the embellishments and things we carry at Articus Studio. I will,
from time to time, be adding cast charms to this page. These cast pieces are selected from the manufacturer and plated
specifically for Articus Studio. I select the designs I wish to have and then select the color of the finish I want
on them. I don't create these designs- they are designs offered by the manufacturer of the cast pieces.
This is a multiple step process that these pieces go through so they cost a little more. You will
be proud to display these pieces on jewelry such as necklaces, bracelets, etc. Currently the finish plated on these
pieces is called matte silver and I think it looks great! I was very pleased as to how they came out. I just keep
wanting to hold them and look at them- Yeah, I am just as bad as you guys!
How to Care for Your Cast Pieces
I got to wondering if there was anything special you need to do to care for these pieces and keep them looking
pretty so I called the plater. These are low mainitenance items!
If they get dirty or your spill antying on them- just clean up with soap and water- that's it.
They are pretty much carefree.
DO NOT use a polishing cloth. This would eventually strip the finish from the charm. Just plain
ol' soap and water.
So use them and enjoy them.
