Brass Charm Pictures are not actual size- to get accurate size, read measurements and make a little note on a piece of paper to get an accurate idea of the correct size.

win2gsetuse.jpg

Brass Wing Set Charms~Lovely detail on these wings.  You get 2 sets (4 pieces) and the wing measures approx. a little over 1" from top of wing to bottom and approx. 1/2" at its widest point.  Don
t forget, you can always add extra oomph to your metal charms with alcohol inks by Ranger.  They are for non-porous surfaces.  Pkg of 2 sets (4 pieces).

lovelyflwruse.jpg

Lovely Flower Brass Charm~This charm measures approx. almost 7/8" high  and approx. 3/8" at its widest across the flower.  It has great detail on the flower with little petal lines coming out from the center, a raised center, stem and detail lines on the leaves.  Pkg. 4 charms
$1.25

fncyflwruse.jpg

Fancy Open Flower Brass Charm~ I think this is the cutest charm with a whole lot of potential.  If you like the color glazes, I think that would be cute to put in the open petal areas or color in the open petal areas with markers, chalks, watercolors, etc.  The center underneath is open so you could put a little glob of glue down and position the flower over it and have it raised from the paper.  I have a double leaf charm that will work with it also. The charm measures approx. 1" in diameter and if you hold it over a quarter it is just a tad larger.
Check out the Flirty Purse Sample at the bottom of the page.  It uses the open flower charm as the embellishment, backed on black card stock and Stickle Glitter Glue in the petals.
Pkg. 5 Flowers.
$0.95

fairyuse.jpg

Fancy Winged Fairy goddess~ She will make a stunning and bold statement to your project.  She measures approx. 1 1/4" at her widest and approx. 1 1/4" high.  She has great detail and charm- get it "charm".  Pkg. of 2
$1.15

lilflwruse.jpg

Li'l Flower Brass Charm~ This was a happy mistake -I forgot to add a prefix when I ordered an item and got this lovely little flower instead and I think it is too cute!  It measures approx. 3/8" in diameter and very detailed.  It is not a flat charm.  I can see a row of them on a card with a drawn stem and brass charm leaves.   Pkg of 7
$0.65

pumpchrmuse.jpg

The Great Pumpkin~ This pumpkin is perfect for all your fall cards.  It is approx. the size of a quarter measuring approx. 1" W & 1" H.  It does not have a hole so you will have to adhere with one of Articus's fine adhesives.  The eyes, nose and mouth are all recessed in.  If you like gore, you could always take a red marker and color in his mouth like he just took a big bite of.............ick!  That would be a scary pumpkin.  Pkg. 7.
$1.35

fncyshoeuse.jpg

Fancy Slip-On Shoes~ You will want to use these when you want to "dress up" the lady on your cards or projects.  This fancy show measures approx. 7/8" wide and approx. 3/8" at its highest- I think that equates to a -2 size shoe.  This does have a ring so you can use with ribbon or cording to also hang from your projects or adhere with our fine adhesives.  Pkg. 6.
$0.65

purse1use.jpg

Your Mother's Purse Charm~ Personally, I have always been a strap girl carrying my purse over the shoulder.  Purses with handles just always have reminded me of the older style or vintage purses.  This fine purse measures approx. 10/16" wide and approx. almost 3/4" high including ring.  It has a nice pattern on it and the handle has little ridges for effect.  Pkg. 6.
$0.65

coin12use.jpg

French Coin Charm~ This must be a replica of an old coin.  It looks like it is dated 1806 and says "Republique Francais" around the perimeter of the womans head.  The coin measures approx. 11/16" in diameter.  It also comes with a hole at the top so you can adhere iwth glue or cording.  Pkg.  7
$1.25

keyuse.jpg

Elegant Ribbed Key~ This beautiful key measures approx. 1 1/15" high including ring and approx. 5/16" at its widest at the top.  The coo; opening at the top of the key is ribbed along with the ridges following down the bar of the key- a lot of great detail.  It even has a recessed area the the top of the bar that looks like you could put a small stone or seed bead in there for added detail.  Pkg. 7.
$0.89

fltpndntuse.jpg

Tiny Flat Plain Pendant~ This small, flat, plain pendant is sitting next to a dime.  It measures approx. 3/8" in diameter-not including ring.  I think this would work perfectly for a small doll necklace.  You could add a small gem or some other small item to the pendant and hang from a small cord.  Pkg. 5
$0.59

hornuse.jpg

Brass Horn O' Plenty Charm~ This charm comes with a ring and measures approx. 13/16" wide and approx. 5/8" high including the ring.  Celebrate your blessings all year round with this charm.   It is highly detailed.  Pkg. 6.
$0.85

disk2use.jpg

Ornate Brass Floral Disc Charm~ This disc measures approx. 1/2" wide (smaller than a dime).  It is very nicely decorated with beading all around the perimeter of it along with a diamond in the center accented with more beading and a small flower in the center of the diamond.  Just glue on your project to add a touch of class.  Pkg. 6.
$0.85

griduse.jpg

Brass Grid -Makes me hungry for waffles!  This charm measures approx. 1 1/8" in diameter.  I think this charm could be used in an unlimited amount of ways.  I think it is pretty alone as the center of a card, I think you could imbed it into polymer clay and hang things from it, attach it to a book, card or other project and again hang beads, charms or anything else from it.  How about just tying some petite pretty ribbons from it  and have them streaming down.  It could easily have an Asian feel to it also.  I hope I got your imagination going on this one.  Pkg. 6.
$1.25

p2240032use.jpg

This is a 2" hardware metal washer that was covered with some favorite paper.  I used the grid charm to cover the center opening of the washer and then added the pretty crown charm to the grid.  Wow, I had such fun with the washers the evening I made these.  There is also a rectangle "create" charm added to the bottom.  I used a tri-frame hanger on the back, secured with Ranger Glossy Accents and then added a gold bead and some black silk cording.  I used the metal copper tape around the perimeter of the washer.

Ranger Glossy Accents can be found here

Tr-frame hangers can be found in black or copper on this page link.

floweruse.jpg

Pretty Aluminum Flower Charms~ This flower is very light because it is made from aluminum.  Each petal stands alone, it is not attached to the other petal so you could easily put 2 or 3 of these flowers on top of each other and easily bend the petals up for added dimension.  There is a hole in the center so that you can attach with a brad, if desired.  You could also put a crystal in the center, fill the center with Stickles glitter glue, small no hole beads, or anything else your imagination can stick in there.  Pkg of 10.

hlkeyuse.jpg

3 Hole Brass Key~ This key measures approx. 15/16" high and approx. 5/16" at its widest.  Attach to your cards, dominos, ATC's, books, bindings, altered art projects, dolls and more.  It could be the "key to someone's heart", "key to their dreams", perfect on a card for a new home or car owner, etc.  Pkg of 6 keys.
$0.95

maskuse.jpg

The Mask Brass Charm~This mask is 3 dimensional- the best way to describe it is if you had a face it could fit over, there would be a place for the eyese and nose to fit into, just like a real mask.  It is rounded on the sides also so it will wrap around a dolls face.  It sets up a bout 1/4" high.  I think you could make the eyes look really sharp.  They are recessed but flat so you could put glitter, paint, small no hole beads, etc. to make the eyes pop.  You could make the maks look very intimidating by possibly putting some black marker on the eyebrows or mardi gras them up with glitter.  Many possibilities.  This is made from brass and pretty bright gold.  The mask measures approx, 1" wide and approx. 7/8" high at its highest on the sides.
Pkg. 4

My sad little mask doll~made from bits of other jewelry from a 2nd hand store.  It has a brass charm on the center part too and brads hold the legs on.  The mask is mounted on a piece of painted 1x1 chipboard square.  There is a close up of the face below.  It even had a little tear (made from Glossy Accents) on its face.  I colored the eyes with the sepia tone of Glossy Accents for some depth.  Check out the picture at the bottom of this page to see how I used the masked doll- it is in a 9 panel art tile board.  Now I can look at him everyday.

diskuse.jpg

Brass Flat Disk Charm~This charm is flat and smooth and made of brass in a gold tone finish.  You can adhere a favorite project onto it, paper, glass, gemstone, clay, etc.  It measures approx. 1" in diameter and comes with a ring at the top.  Rings can be easily snipped off using wire cutters, if you desire a look without the ring.  You can also engrave a word or saying onto it also.  A lot of possibilities.  Pkg. 4 charms
$1.00

invrtdsqflattaguse.jpg

Brass Flat Square Blank Tag with Fancy Corners~Add a photo, picture, pretty paper, monogram, etc. to this tag and then take your dimensional glaze, go along the perimeter of the tag and then fill in with the glaze.  It will protect it and give it a depth that your flat picture or paper does not have.  It measures approx. 5/8" square, the ring would make it slightly higher.  The corners are cut out and just give it a fancy look to it.  Pkg of 4 charms.
$1.00

plateuse.jpg

Brass Charm Plate~This plate has two pre-drilled holes on each side so you can easily attach with small brads, nails and eyelets.  If you want to adhere using your favorite Articus Studio adhesive- just use a small rhinestone to cover the hole for an added punch.  You could also engrave a word onto it or use your alphabet punches and add a word that way.  This plate measures approx. 1 1/2: wide and approx. 1/2" high.  Pkg of 4 plates.
$1.25

2discuse.jpg

Brass Charm Blank Disc~You know when I ordered this, I had something specific in mind I had seen on the internet and I did not write it down so now I have forgotten.  Does that happen to anyone else?  You can add your papers, use it as a base with another charm or item on top-maybe an old piece of jewelry, use as a base for a collage- there are many possibilities.  It measures approx. 1 3/8" in diameter.  You could add a hole with a drill or metal hole punch too.  You could also engrave it or add words with metal alphabet punches.
Pkg of 4 discs.
$1.15

38discuse.jpg

Brass Blank Charm Disc, 3/4"~This is the same kind of blank disc as the one shown above- just smaller, measuring 3/4" in diameter.  Pkg of 6.
$0.69

teabag5046use.jpg

Brass Tea Bag Charm~Anyone for a spot of tea?  Nothing beats a nice hot cup of tea on a cool/cold day in the fall and winter.  There is a lot of detail on this cute charm.  The tea bag has little dots all over it so it feels like it actually has some tea in it, has a string and the ring is attached to the tea bag string and it has the word "TEA" embossed onto the tag.  It measures approx. 3/4" high including the ring and approx. 5/8" wide. Don't forget to shade your teabag with your alcohol inks for a unique and special look.   Pkg of 4 charms.
$0.39

braclink1271_pluse.jpg

Brass Bracelet Link Charm~You can use this charm to build a bracelet, add to a necklace and add beads to it, add it to a project and dangle something from it.  This brass charm comes in a reddish color, almost like copper.  It has 2 loops, one on each end and they have a bit of a twist to them so that if you are using on a bracelet, the link will lay correctly.  You could also engrave a special word on it too.  The link measures approx. 1 5/16" long and approx. 1/4" wide.  Pkg of 4 charms.
$0.69

heartkey4381use.jpg

Brass Lock Charm~This is a nice size lock -kind of reminds me of a castle lock.  It is full of detail- it has a slightly raised portion where the cover for the  keyhole is off to the side, revealing a key shaped keyhole.  It has a slightly raised circle on each side of the top of the lock and a generous ring portion.  The lock measures approx. 13/16" high and approx. 1/2" wide.  Pkg of 4 charms.
$0.49

swoopingbirduse.jpg

Pretty Swooping Bird~I love this little bird-I couldn't tell you what kind, all I know is- it is preetty!  For a small charm, it has a lot of detail on the wings  and head.  He comes with a ring but you can easily snip it off with you Tim Holtz Scissors-they cut metal- or any other little metal cutters.  I like that he would go with almost any theme on any project.  He measures almost 3.4" from the tip of his little beak to the end of his tail feathers.  His wing span measures approx. 11/16".  The scan does not do his color justice, he is a bright, smooth brass color.  Pkg of 4 birds.
$1.65

wingssuse.jpg

Brass Charm Wings/Star Shoots/Antlers~This can be used in many ways on your projects- it makes a great pair of wings; you can use it with a star stamp as a shooting star or use with your favorite deer, elk or moose stamp as antlers.  You can also use it just as a cool embellishment to bring attention to something on your card, book, etc.  The charm measures approx. 1 3/8" long from the top of the ring to the furthest point on the charm and approx. 1/2" at its widest.  It comes packaged in a set of 4- which is 8 pieces (4 facing left and 4 pieces facing right) .
$1.39

teapotuse.jpg

Tea/Coffe Pot Brass Charm~Have a "spot o' tea" with me.  This pot has wonderful floral detail debossed on the body.  The pot measures approx. 1" across from handle to spout and approx. 7/*' high inclding the ring at the top.  If you like to make books and sew your binding with waxed linen or other cord- these look great hanging from the cord, along with the tea bag charm and cup and saucer charm.  You can cut the ring off and adhere to your project using your favorite Articus Studio glue and don't forget to draw a wisp of steam wafting from the spout.  Sold per pkg of 6 charms.
$0.75

cupuse.jpg

Brass Tea/Coffe Cup Charm~ How cute is this!  Now picture it with the top portion colored slightly with your alcohol inks to look like it is full of coffee or tea.  This charm measures approx. 3/4" at its widest across the saucer and approx. 11/16" high including the ring.  It has a pretty floral design on the saucer and repeated multiple times on the saucer.  You could also cut the top ring off and hang by its cup handle from a little wood toothpick.  Use in conjunction with the tea/coffee pot and/or teabag charm shown above on this page.  Sold per pkg of 6 charms.

These 3 samples above show how you can add presence and punch to a smaller charm or embellishment by using it with a larger item.  The charm on the left has been added to another larger based charm.  The center and right ones are on 1x1 chipboard pieces.  The fleur de lis is on painted chipboard and the crown is on chipboard painted with Distress Crackle paint and some tiny no-hole beads added before it dried.

p3070038use.jpg

I had the most fun doing this piece.  I started out just playing with some of the charms and made the mask doll and several of the other pieces on it.  This is done on an art tile board which has 9 divided panels on it.  I painted the rececessed divided areas with black paint- I used the Claudine Hellmuth Studio acrylic black- I really liked it- went on very well.  I cut Graphics 45 and Stampin' Up paper to fit the divided panels and glued that down.  I then laid out some of the pieces I had been working on the panels and dug around for a couple more things-polymer clay pieces and used white dominos stamped with black Staz-on ink in the center.  I then painted the frame using Ranger's Expresso acrylic dabber paint.  I applied it using Rangers Cut & Dry foam- which is wonderful for applying large areas of paint.  Now I can enjoy all my little pieces all the time hanging on the wall

p4110024use.jpg

This canvas started out as one thing and then ended up going in a whole different direction.  It has 3 of the maple leaf charms on the left, a Tim Holtz muse token embelllishment, a metal rectangle embellishment in the center and the 7 Gypsies curved embellishment in the top right corner.
Just simple but another way to show how you can incorporate canvas and brass charms into a home decor piece or inspiration on the wall of your art room.

embuse.jpg

This pieces uses 35 of the 1"x1" chipboard squares.  It is adhered to a 5"x7" canvas using Claudine Hellmuth Matte Medium Adhesive.  It incorporates images stamped into platinum embossing powder, several brass charms, including the lock shown above and Tim Holtz tokens.

The 1" x 1" Chipboard Square tiles can be found on this page link
