Remember on all the charms pages- read the measurements and even draw them out so you have an accurate idea
of the size of the charm. They are NOT shown actual size.
You can color your charms with Sharpie pens, alcohol inks, nail polish, acrylic paint, Ranger Black &
White Enamel, spray paint-to acheive that special look for your project.
Have fun- they are a great way to create a unique one-of-a-kind embellishment for your project or jewelry.
Brass Winged Eyeglass Frames~There is some cartoon character in a movie or show that wears these kind
of glasses- she is freaky looking. But they will add that special something to your project- whether it be a doll, scrapbook
page, book, any altered project. You can change the color of the lens on the glass with a Sharpie, try some Ranger Glossy
Accents to give it a shine, alcohol inks, nail polish- to acheive any look you want. There is a hole on each side so
you can tie some cording to it and put it around a doll's head or just to hang from your project. So many possibilities.
this charm measures approx. a little more than 1 1/4" wide and approx. 3/8" high. Pkg of 4 glass frames.

| I LOVE Articus Studio! It's bette than my hair! |
Brass Square Framed Eyeglass Charms~Does anyone remember the phrase "Kooky, Kooky, lend me your comb"?
I believe the name of the old tv series was called 77 Sunset Strip...Kooky was a cute and dreamy guy that all the gals swooned
over and, if my old memory serves correctly, he had sunglasses like this. He was always combing his hair. This
frame measures approx. 1 1/4" wide and approx. almost 1/4" high. There are holes on each side so you can easily adhere
with a cording or ribbon to a project. Add a little rhinestone over the hole if you are just adhering to your project
with your favorite Articus Studio adhesive on the back. Pkg 4 frames.

Brass Round Eyeglass Frames~Well we go from Kooky (square framed glasses) to John Lennon Style glasses.
Maybe hippy glasses, aviator glasses- cool looking glasses. These also have a hole on each side so you can dangle from
a project or add to a 3-dimensional object like a doll head. These glassed measure approx. 1 1/16" wide and approx.
almost 1/2" wide. Pkg 4 frames.

Cool Shades~ For those "cool" cards you need some "cool shades". These glasses come with a ring
so that you can either hang them from a project or glue them down. They measure approx. 3/4" wide including ring
and approx. 1/4" high. I think it would be intersting to use a black sharpie and color in the glass part to make them
look more like sunglasses. Pkg. 5. (I couldn't resist-I colored them in and they are shown to the right.
I think it would be neat to put a drop of glaze in there too to make it look like glass in it.)

Brass Eyeglass Frames~ These frames come in a glass shape-meaning the sides are bent so that they
would fit on a face. The ends of the sides have a hole so that you could put elastic or ribbon thru there to hold
it onto a doll or other item. I think it would be cool to take a small piece of mica and glue in the frame part so that
it looks like glass-now you must like small, detail work for that suggestion. I think the teeny tiny rhinestones would
look great around the frame for that Elton John Sunglass look!

This is the same eyeglass charm and I have applied Ranger's new Black & White Enamel to the front. I just love
the look. If you don't need the side part of the frame on the glasses, just cut it off with metal snips or your Tim
Holtz scissors and use it for another project- maybe a stem for a brass flower.
Check out more samples of brass charms using the black and white enamel at the bottom of the page, along with the link
to where it is located on the website- glues page.
